To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The product is in a damaged condition within 7 days of receipt.
- The product is missing parts.
- The product received is different from the one ordered.
